I saw this ad and cannot resist commenting on it. I love it for so many different reasons. On International Women's Day, let's challenge the idea that says we all have to look like this (left) to be considered beautiful and reach for a new beauty! One that is based on intelligence, creativity, ingenuity and reality. This little girl is so lovely and more beautiful than whatever Ms. Jolie tries to do.

What is beauty? How about what is real. Let's make natural beautiful and celebrate who women are before we tell them everything they "should be."
